Nancy Casas has represented victims of domestic violence in family law matters and victims of deceptive business trade practice at El Paso Legal Assistance Society (now Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid), represented the state of Texas in the District Attorney’s Office, worked as a prosecutor with the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), and participated in the Rule of Law Mission in Latin American Countries. She is currently assigned as a Principal attorney in the Criminal Unit with the County Attorney’s Office.
Nancy’s commitment to the community spans decades and she is an active community member of the El Paso area who volunteers with many organizations.
