She has worked alongside elected officials, private industry, labor unions, grassroots organizers, and over 100 neighborhood and homeowner associations. Her expertise in data-driven outreach initiatives to targeted communities allows for dynamic, creative, maximally impactful engagements for policymakers and constituents.
She has served District 1 under then-Councilman Diego Bernal, District 7 under Councilwoman Ana Sandoval, District 6 under Councilwoman Melissa Cabello Havrda, and District 125 under State Representative Ray Lopez. Presently, she serves as the Director of Programs for the Texas Diaper Bank, ensuring the provision of essentials to children, women, and seniors in Bexar County and surrounding communities. She is a proud graduate of cohort 5 of the Latina Leadership Institute through the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber, cohort 3 of the LBJ Women’s Campaign School, and cohort 3 of the Emily’s List Ignite Change Fellowship.
Presently, she serves District 9 as an appointee under Councilman John Courage on the Strengthening Family Well-Being Commission. In her spare time, she can usually be found with her six-year-old son (Beckett) and his sidekicks Smidge, Salem, and Sabrina (the cats).
